Overhaul / Revalving Available (pay service)
Just like regular TEIN dampers, Specialized Damper is available for overhaul as well as revalving, including damping force and/or stroke modification.
Optional pillow ball and/or reinforced rubber upper mount is also available.
While most coil-over style dampers are used with 'Standardized Springs' (sold separately), optional 'Custom-Made Low Down Springs' (sold separately) can be produced for dampers with separate spring / shock absorber set up, such as semi-trailing arm and/or 4-link rigid suspension.

Q1: I want to drive at circuit with my classic car. Is it possible to produce dampers for this purpose? |
A1: Yes. We will do our best to meet your request, not just for circuit use.
We can make dampers of sizes and specifications you like, if specified at the time of order.
In such case, we need to have detailed data and measurements of the vehicle. |

Q2: I just bought a pre-owned car with Specialized Damper on. Can I find out detailed information on them? |
A2: Please be assured that we can pull up the records right away.
As Specialized Damper is fully made to order one by one, we keep the record of detailed information / specification on each and every Specialized Damper on our system. Also, Specialized Damper can be overhauled and/or revalved to meet your preference. |

Q3: One of TEIN dampers is available for my car but it doesn't suit my needs. Can I order Specialized Damper, instead?
My car is not so popular (is import), so there are nothing available on market for it. Can you make Specialized Damper for me? |
A3: Unfortunately, Specialized Damper is not available for vehicles currently included in and/or to be included in our line up. Please consult TEIN for further assistance. |

Q4: I am planning to order Specialized Damper for my car, which is currently undergoing restoration. Is it possible to determine ride height, specification, etc? |
A4: Detailed data of your vehicle, especially suspension structure and/or vehicle weight, is absolutely imperative for production of Specialized Damper. If you already have such data available and can specify sizes, we can of course produce Specialized Damper. |

Q5: Can I order 10 sets at once? Do you offer volume discount? |
A5: Due to special conditions, characteristics, and/or limited resource, we can only take an order for 2 sets at a time and do not offer any discount for multiple orders.

Q6: I don't have much knowledge about cars and/or suspension tuning. Can I have an expert advice and decide on specifications, etc., along the way? |
A6: We thoroughly explain details to you, until you are satisfied.
We provide you with a comprehensible easy-to-understand explanation when discussing details, making full use of our technology of and know-how on designing and producing dampers. |
