A1.If you saw this message, "Thank you for your registration", then your registration has been sent.
You should receive your confirmation message shortly. |
A1-1.Did you enter your email address correctly?
You will not receive the confirmation message if you have entered your email address incorrectly. Please re-register with the correct email address.
If you see this message, "You are already registered", after pressing the "New registration button", then your registration has been successful.

A1-2.Do you have junk mail/ spam filters on?
There is a possibility that the confirmation message has been blocked or deleted automatically by the server. Please check your "Junk mail folder" or any other folders you may have. Or please turn off the filters and re-register. |

Q2. I received the "Registration information message" but I do not know where to enter the site. Where is the entry page? |
A2.If you have successfully registered, please "Login" to enter.
Enter your registered email address as your "User name", and enter your registered password, then press "OK" to enter. |

Q3.I have forgotten my password. What should I do? |
A3.Please follow the "Forgotten your password?" link.
